It's true that WOW programs do not cater for the Equal House system. This is because the Interpretation facilities would not work with the MC and 10th house cusp being in different places. You can calculate the horoscope in Placidus and write the MC/IC positions in manually if you wish.
Look carefully at the graph. When there is just a little bump, and the graph does not peak, the interpretation text is written out anyway, because the transit is in orb.
No. They are fixed, if you changed the orb, the graphs wouldn't work. (You can change the orb of ordinary aspects.) Each transit planet is assigned a different orb, based on the number of degrees these transits cover from stationary retrograde to stationary direct. (About 10 degrees for Jupiter, 7 degrees for Saturn, 4 degrees for Uranus, and 2½ degrees for Pluto and Neptune)

Actually, yes. You can get the degree positions of planets on the print
out. Go to the WOW directory, find the 2KB file wow.ini (configuration settings),
open it, and add these lines to the wow.ini file:
... then save and close the file.
If you right click on the graph you can change the colour. This can save you ink if you print out with an ink yet.
It is possible to change the default colour of the transit graph and the aspect
meter in the interpretation window. This will also affect the graphs on the printed
reports. Add these lines to the wow.ini file:
